Sidewalls

Civil Defence sidewalls

The Rescue Kits designed for Civil Defence are equipped with technical features tailored for emergency situations.

They provide 100% protection against: dust, smoke, and UV radiation.
They are also fully waterproof, fireproof, and windproof.

To increase stability and safety, the bottom of the Rescue Kit sidewalls is reinforced with a PVC strip. In addition, large burying flaps at the bottom offer two key benefits

Additional anchoring, for example, with sandbags.
Improved protection and tensioning, as they can be secured to the gazebo floor with the provided hooks and loops.

In addition, the 3-in-1 roll-up doors, featuring:

a roll-up window,
a transparent Crystal PVC window, and a
mosquito net

make them extremely versatile for a wide range of applications.

Non-slip PVC flooring

Civil Defence flooring

The floor of our folding gazebo for fire brigades is made of non-slip PVC. The lower section in contact with the ground is completely waterproof, while the upper section is porous. The porous surface absorbs liquids to prevent the formation of slippery and hazardous puddles, while guaranteeing easy sanitisation and cleaning.

The floor can be joined to the outer panels to ensure waterproofing and insulation from external elements, and is securely connected to the structure using high-strength hooks.

Both the floor and sidewalls can be anchored to the ground with a set of pegs for added stability.

Modular System

Expandable and versatile civil defence gazebos

Civil defence gazebos of any size can be joined together to create a larger covered and enclosed area. This approach allows for the construction of very large tent systems, with the option to divide interior spaces using partition walls.

To assemble a gazebo system, adjoining gazebo roofs can be connected using a PVC gutter (for runoff on one or both sides). The structures are secured with specialised universal clamps, and any gaps between sidewalls are sealed with mini-walls.

Waterproof and Resistant

With the correct ground anchoring, our 3x3 S1 folding gazebos withstand winds of up to 100 km/h.

Various technical features make it possible to assemble very large gazebos in very little time.

50+ UV Protection

Our fabrics offer maximum protection from direct UV waves. The fabrics have been tested and achieved a UPF (UV Protection Factor) rating of >50, the highest possible in the test.

Fire-Retardant

All fabrics have been tested by Efectis Nederland BV and certified as fire retardant, achieving a Euroclass B, s1, d0 fire reaction rating in accordance with EN13501-1:2018.

Waterproof

Made from 100% waterproof fabrics, they withstand water columns ranging from 1,600 to 5,000mm, with fully sealed seams to ensure complete protection.

Pirontex®

Premium fabric for folding gazebos exclusively by Mastertent. More durable, more sustainable, longer-lasting colours and irresistible matte optics.

PVC Extension

The wall extension not only reinforces the structure but also connects the wall to the floor, preventing draughts.

TÜV-SÜD product certification.
Stability test at different wind strengths in a wind tunnel. The result: when properly secured, the 3x3 m folding gazebo can withstand wind speeds of up to 100 km/h.
It comes with a stability certificate based on static calculations in compliance with DIN EN 13782.
The printing ink used for our gazebos is ECO Passport certified,
and all materials and substances in production meet REACH standards, ensuring they are safe for health.

Excellent colour fastness when exposed to light: 7-8 out of max. 8 on the blue scale, and 4.5 out of max. 5 on the grey scale according to DIN EN ISO 105-B02 and DIN EN ISO 105-A02
Non-combustible (flame-retardant) in accordance with DIN EN 13501 1:2018 (fire resistance class B - s1, d0).

The Crystal PVC used for the windows of our folding gazebos has been classified as Euro fire reaction class B-s2, d0 under EN 13501-1:2018, making it fire-retardant (non-combustible).
Similarly, the PVC used for the sidewall reinforcements of our folding gazebos also meets Euro fire reaction class B-s2, d0 under the same standard, ensuring it is fire-retardant (non-combustible).

Aluminium Frame Technical Features

Opening mechanism

The integrated opening mechanism in the legs allows the gazebo to be opened quickly and effortlessly.

Patented height adjustment

Our patented height adjustment system ensures the gazebo legs slide smoothly without scratching or squeaking, providing reliable and durable performance.

Spacer

The 8 mm spacer prevents the gazebo fabric from being pinched between the frame hinge, protecting it from damage during closure.

Octagonal aluminium frame

Octagonal aluminium frame make the gazebos even more stable. The consistent 2.5 mm thickness eliminates weak points. We guarantee optimal stability with a low total weight.

Release system

The folding gazebo can be dismantled easily and safely at the push of a button. This simple release system prevents injuries and is easy to use.

Octagonal base foot

Laminated aluminium foot plates provide a secure footing and are virtually indestructible due to their design and material properties.

Connecting components

All connecting parts are made of extruded aluminium. Unlike plastic or cast aluminium connecting joints, these are significantly more structurally stable and therefore resistant to breakage.

Internal plastic guides

Signs of wear and tear are simply not an option for Mastertent. All moving parts are equipped with internal plastic guides. This avoids friction and prevents wear, ensuring smooth and even operation in the long term.

Rubber bumpers

All connecting frame components are equipped with protective rubber bumpers where they make contact with the roof. This ensures the fabric is protected against wear and tear. During transport, storage, and use.

Technical Fabric and Roof Features

PVC reinforcement

To prevent holes or rapid wear, the gazebos roof is reinforced with PVC sections at all contact points with the frame.

Adjustable tension straps

Adjustable tensioning straps allow perfect panel tensioning on all sides of the roof. So your logo is always clearly legible.

PRO roof fastening

The fastening device on the corner posts ensures the gazebos roof remains smooth and free of folds.

Spring-loaded faceplate tensioner

Our Series 1 gazebos are equipped with a patented spring tensioner. This compensates for the natural stretching of the fabric over time, keeping the roof taut even after extended use.

Sidewall assembly

The sidewalls are modular and adaptable. Attached to the legs with continuous Velcro straps, they offer all-round airtight protection.
