NEW: Scan the QR code of your folding gazebo

We want to offer a straightforward customer service. This is why, since August 2022, our customers can find a QR code on one of the folding gazebo's corner posts which can be used to order spare parts quickly and easily. So if you need one, scan this code and it will take you to a page where you can request the necessary spare part in just a few steps.

We will then send you a quote and take care of a quick replacement.

There is no QR code on your folding gazebo?

No problem, in this case we ask you to contact us and describe the damage. Let us know which spare part you need by sending us some photos of the damage. Your contact person will process your request as quickly as possible and you will be able to use your gazebo again in a very short time.

Extended coverage: 15-year spare parts warranty

Who can say what the world will look like in 15 years? One thing is certain: you can rely on Mastertent® service! From January 2025, we are extending the availability of original spare parts for the aluminium frame of our folding gazebos to 15 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to all orders placed from 1st January 2025* and ensures that our products remain reliable for even longer.

What are the repair and replacement options?

Minor damage to the tent roof

We offer a repair kit which enables you to easily repair the tent roof yourself. It includes cloths with alcohol solution to clean the area to be repaired, a textile adhesive tape to repair the tear and an instruction manual.

Damage to the gazebo's structure due to incorrect use

We ship the parts of the structure to be replaced directly to your home. You bought your tent a long time ago and we have in the meantime opitimised its structure? No problem, we guarantee replacement parts for the aluminium frame for at least 15 years.

Roof damage due to incorrect use or wear and tear.

You won't have to dispose of the entire gazebo as we will be happy to send you a new roof, perhaps of a fabric that was not yet available when you purchased your folding gazebo! Have you already heard of Pirontex®? In the event of minor damage to the roof, we repair the fabric and return it to you in the shortest possible time.

Damage due to force majeure

Invest in carefree moments with our CARE and CARE+ insurance for the gazebo's roof and structure. Thanks to these you don't have to worry about having to pay for the entire costs in the event of force majeure. All this with minimal bureaucracy and maximum security.

Do you already have CARE or CARE+ ?

If you are already insured and your folding gazebo has suffered damage, simply send an email to care@zingerle.group and state the unique serial number which can be found on the inside of the roof. We will check the claim and provide a quick replacement.
