Artwork Requirements

Design, File, & Printing Best Practices

Mastertent canopy tent roofs and sidewalls, inflatables, pavilions, and table and bench sets can all be customized with our high-quality printing techniques.

Logos & Graphics

Logos, text, and graphic elements should be provided as vector files. Vector graphics can be scaled for reproduction without any loss of image quality or resolution. This prevents your graphics from becoming blurry, pixelated, or distorted in your final product.

Logos in raster format are composed of pixels and will decrease in image quality as they are enlarged. Digital photographs are a common example of raster files.

Fonts & Typography

To print photographs or images on your tent, your provided files must be a high enough resolution or file size not to appear pixelated or blurry.

Images should be:

A minimum of 100 dpi at scale or a 1:1 ratio
300 dpi at a 1:10 ratio

Higher-resolution files are preferred. Our graphics team will always verify image quality and provide a proof for approval before printing any graphics.

Converting Fonts to Outlines: If a font is not installed on the computer opening your shared design file, the computer will substitute a generic font for the original. This will drastically change the look of your design. Outlining fonts will convert the text from active type to an object that will not be altered when the file is shared.

Color Matching

Our production works within the CMYK color gamut (spectrum). Submitted files should be saved in CMYK Color Mode for optimal color accuracy.

When requested, we will use Pantone® Color Coding to precisely match colors. Required, specific Pantone® colors should be accompanied by their corresponding PMS values and communicated in artwork requests.
