Standard products that are guaranteed to impress with quality materials and durable construction. If there are any initial issues with the product or a doubt that the product is right for you, it can be returned or exchanged!

Custom products like unique tent sizes, printed roofs, sidewalls and other fabric products are guaranteed to match the 3D layouts provided for approval prior to production. In the rare circumstance of a printing error, we will make it right!

To initiate a Return or Exchange, please contact your Sales Representative, and keep these helpful tips in mind:

Keep products in new condition.
Products must be returned with original manuals and packaging.
Returns and exchanges are valid for 30 days after initial receipt of eligible products.
Custom products are not eligible for returns.

Product Warranties

Ltd. Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty

The best in the industry - backed with the best warranties.

Our products come with a manufacturer‘s warranty ranging from 1-year to Ltd. Lifetime coverage. These warranties cover the product's performance when properly used and cared for: aluminum weld or tubing failure, tension system spring performance, connecting pins staying secure, corrosion, loose threads or stitching, etc.

The material or production defects warranty does not cover damage and/or failure caused by weather (wind, rain, snow, hail, etc.), mishandling (forceful operating, transport stacking, wet storage, etc.) or accidents (tent drops, object falls, vehicle collisions, etc.)

Protection From Moisture

Mastertent canopy tent roofs offer industry‐leading, 100% waterproof performance so that the party can keep rolling in the rain.

Our fabric starts with the best possible material to balance performance with mobility, and then receives treatment to withstand the outdoor elements, even the sewn seams are sealed for waterproof protection. Plus, it all starts with a solid frame and a secure roof fit to prevent waterpooling along the edges.

Water tests are a standard part of our commitment, with water column results ranging from 1,600 to 5,000mm depending on the fabric line selected.

Certified Fire-Retardant

Serious Safety, Ultimate Functionality.

Our top‐quality Oxford Polyester and PVC fabrics receive fire‐retardant treatments to ensure compliance with fire industry standards for public safety, in North America: NFPA 701, CPAI‐84 Sec. 6 and CAN/ULC‐S109, and European classifications: EN 13501 ‐ 1:2018.

Controlled Wind-Tunnel Testing for Strength & Stability

When wind-tunnel tested for structural strength, our canopy tent materials were stable and reliable at speeds up to 62 mph (100 km/h)!*

*Mastertent product testing shows structural strength in a controlled wind tunnel.
Do not attempt in real-world environments, as natural winds and weather have many variables. Users are responsible for understanding all safety instructions, assessing on-site conditions, and properly securing or storing tents. Wind and weather are not warranty covered.
