Christmas Gazebo

Christmas gazebo ideas for events, markets, and gift stalls.

Design your Christmas stall by focusing on what's really important.

  1. The Christmas Spirit: all you need to do is decorate your gazebo to bring the spirit of Christmas to life.
  2. Safety and convenience: your gazebo should be tested and certified for the safety of you and your visitors. It should also make your life easier, not more difficult...
  3. Durability: during the Christmas season we tend to be quite wasteful, so do your best to avoid the same with your stall! Choose a durable gazebo that you’ll be able to use for many more Christmases to come. Even better if it’s versatile and can be used year-round.

Whether you need your gazebo to

  • create a space for Santa and his elves in a town square or shopping mall,
  • create a gift-wrapping station,
  • sell goodies and sweets,
  • or serve food and drinks at a Christmas market,

a custom Mastertent folding gazebo is the perfect choice for you, boasting the three main features mentioned above, and many more...

The Benefits of a Pop-Up Christmas Gazebo

Why a pop-up Christmas gazebo is better than a wooden one

There are many undisputable perks to a pop-up gazebo:

  • folding gazebos take up very little space when folded and are easy to store when not in use. Stash it away in the new year with your Christmas decorations, and after Halloween you can dust it off again!
  • 12 standard sizes with the option to request a custom-made Christmas gazebo
  • Fully customizable frame and roof: brown frame for a wood-like appearance with a red roof? Or perhaps a white gazebo with gold details? Do you prefer green and red? What about silver? You get to choose the color combinations and print design and can customize the whole thing yourself!
  • Five roof shapes: standard, scallop-edged, pagoda, 1-4 canopy, and flat. Make sure your stall stands out from the crowd!
  • You can alter its appearance anytime you want. If you want to use your gazebo in summer, simply order a tarp and/or walls in a more neutral color palette. And voilà: you have one gazebo frame and product that you can use all year round.
  • Modular system: thanks to the different types of side walls you can quickly transform your folding gazebo to meet your needs. You can also link several gazebos together to create covered areas in the shape and size you want. Gnome hollow by day and mulled wine stand by night?
  • Durability: wood can deteriorate easily in the snow and rain. Our anodized aluminum frames come with a life-time anti-rust guarantee.

Merry Christmas, Milan!

How to Decorate your Gazebo for the Christmas Season

Christmas gazebo ideas for creating a magical atmosphere

Although Christmas decorations are not exactly unique, they should always be adapted to suit your surroundings and appeal to your target audience. A Luxury Christmas in silver, a Barbie Christmas in bright pink, or a Classic Christmas in cozy, traditional hues. Choosing a color palette ahead of time is crucial. Here are some top tips.

  • Classic Christmas: red, pine green, white, gold and silver. You can't go wrong.
  • Modern Upscale Christmas: a limited color palette and neutral tones. White and silver or cream and gold are the most popular combinations.
  • Traditional Luxury Christmas: pine green, dark red and gold details. Don’t go overboard with gold, otherwise you’ll end up with a cheap look instead of a classy feel!
  • White Christmas: if you’re embracing a Snow Queen look, the ideal colors are cool white, light blue, dark blue and silver.
  • Minimalist Christmas. White. Silver.
  • Elegant Christmas: dark green and gold or royal blue and silver will give your stall a touch of exclusivity.
  • Glitzy Christmas: gold and silver, topped off with even more gold and more silver. Did we mention gold?
  • Neutral Christmas: white, brown and cream. A cozy atmosphere without going over the top.
  • Christmas for kids: red should be the dominant color, but you can use any and all Christmas colors. The important thing is that you have gifts to share!
  • Christmas theme: if you want to create a branded Christmas look you could also use your brand’s primary color combined with gold or silver, accompanied by strong Christmas symbolism to offset the unusual color combination.

Mastertent Christmas we imagine something classic. We are very fond of blue, however, as we’re a family business, we tend not to break away from tradition too much. How about you? What kind of Christmas are you?

Sensory Marketing: Use Christmas Scents

Tips from an expert

Why not use an additional sense to capture visitors’ attention? If you are in a public space, it will probably be quite noisy, so using music is not always a great idea.

Have you ever thought of using the sense of smell?
Even if you don’t sell food or drink, you can attract people with typical Christmas scents emanating from your stall. You can use candles, diffusers or infusions with warm, sweet fragrances such as:

  • vanilla and gingerbread,
  • roast chestnuts,
  • candied orange,
  • cinnamon, clove and nutmeg;

or lighter but still Christmassy scents such as

  • exotic holly and fresh citrus or
  • birch, moss and fir.

Choose which Christmas Symbols You Want to Use

To avoid creating a cluttered look, focus on a select few Christmas symbols you want to use and keep the style the same for all decorations. Better still if you choose one category and commit to it. You can decorate your folding gazebo with symbols by printing them on the roof and side walls or by hanging them off the roof.

  1. Winter symbols: snowflakes, pinecones, mistletoe, edelweiss, gooseberry, polar bears, fireplaces, stockings, candied orange slices, dried fruit and star anise.
  2. Religious symbols: the North Star, oxen and donkeys, wise men, angels.
  3. Symbols for children: gingerbread men and houses, presents, reindeer, Santa's sleigh and hat, chimneys, a chimney on the roof, snowmen, candy canes.
  4. Other classic symbols: bows, stars, baubles, fir trees, hearts, candles, fireworks, nutcrackers, bells.

Our team of experienced graphic designers is available to design the ideal Christmas gazebo with you!
