Is the Mastertent 5x5 canopy tent waterproof?

Yes! While many tents available on the market only rank as water-resistant, all Mastertent fabrics are tested to be waterproof based on their water column ranking. Our unique roof stitching and frame tensioning construction enhances your Mastertent's weather performance.

Is the Mastertent 5x5 canopy tent fire-retardant?

Mastertent fabrics, including those used with our 5x5 canopy tents, are tested and certified as fire-retardant under NFPA 701, CPAI-84 Sec. 6, and EN 13401-1:2019 - all industry standards for fire safety. Each Mastertent roof or sidewall contains a quick-reference tag with all fire certifications, preparing you for on-site safety checks.

Can I print on or customize my 5x5 canopy tent?

To put it simply, yes! Customization is what we do best! Whether you're looking to add a logo, get colorful with tent fabrics and frame colors, or create an entirely custom-made 5x5 canopy tent, our In-House Production and Design teams are here to help!
