Jelmer Huitema runs his business Vishandel het Neusje van de Zalm with great passion, serving delicious fish dishes to customers across the northern Netherlands. Every week, itinerant trader Jelmer Huitema brings his fish stand to five locations across the northern Netherlands. Since he serves customers year-round, he needed a solution to ensure they could enjoy their favourite fish comfortably—even during winter. With his folding gazebo set up in front of his food truck, Jelmer creates a warm, welcoming space where customers can order and enjoy their meals, regardless of the weather.

Folding Gazebo with Special Sizes
Jelmer was certain that a folding gazebo would be the perfect solution for his food truck. However, after consulting several vendors, he realised that none of the standard options could meet his specific needs. The gazebo had to fit seamlessly with both the height and length of his truck to ensure a cozy atmosphere.

To achieve the perfect fit, they adjusted the leg height, allowing Jelmer to continue serving his customers without compromise.
The personalisation didn’t end there—Jelmer also had the sidewalls custom-made to match the new dimensions. To enhance the experience, the gazebo was fitted with battery-powered LED lighting and a special rain gutter that connects the tent to the food truck, ensuring that no one would get wet underneath the gazebo.
